Anyone have any thoughts on the corrected amount of fill? Is it controlled fill or loose poorly compacted fill and what type of footings are you going to use? Insider I will have to read the report again (and show it to someone qualified) but I think it might be controlled fill. There was mention of compaction to 95%. As to type of footings, as mentioned, the sales person at the building company said it sounded like concrete piers would be required.
