Who did you go with to get them done, and can you tell us roughly what you paid? mrszaxon Sorry for the slow response Deeps, I had assumed Zaxon would have replied We used Innerspace wardrobes: http://www.innerspace.com.au/ As for price... he should be able to provide you with better details than what I remember I started to reply on the weekend and then got distracted by shiny things - whoops! InnerSpace as noted by my wife - pricing was ~$1,000 per wardrobe for the downstairs rooms (guest + 2 bedrooms) plus $4,000 for the master bedroom with the woodgrain veneer (would have been $2,500 for the white melamine finish). Not cheap but part of a semi-splurge when we realised we had spare budget at the end of the build We've just had tinting added to the back windows and will shortly be getting some outdoor blinds for the alfresco and activity room. Will post some more photos once that's done. Garden is still a sand-pit unfortunately! I've sent off an email asking for a quote! Looks like they've done a good job! Re: 101 Residential in Rivervale 435Aug 16, 2015 9:09 pm Hi Zaxon, I have just read through your post, your home looks lovely, and it sounds as though you had a mostly positive experience Can I ask if you have had any problems with your pod leaking throughout winter? Re: 101 Residential in Rivervale 436Aug 24, 2015 9:25 am 101build Hi Zaxon, I have just read through your post, your home looks lovely, and it sounds as though you had a mostly positive experience Thanks - we love our house although I'm taking my time getting the landscaping done which will "finish" things off for us (as much as your home is ever finished at least). Mostly positive is the right way to look at it - I don't think we had any more/less issues than most builds but we had a good site supervisor for most of the build and a good relationship with the builder to figure out solutions for problems that came up. And of those two key points, you can really only control one of them - so my tip for having a positive experience is building a good relationship. 101build Can I ask if you have had any problems with your pod leaking throughout winter? No issues with the pod and no noticeable leaks anywhere - although I haven't been up in the roof cavity myself yet but a sparky mate said it looked fine the other week when he was running cabling. So if there are leaks, they aren't big enough to show themselves yet. Did you have a specific concern? I read one or two comments talking about leaks when we built then during our build there was one area where the roofing joined up to the pod that looked like it would be a drainage/guttering problem but our SS was all over it and adjusted how it was done (it sounded like he'd learnt from a previous 101 build). In terms of similar issues, we have a couple of problems with our downpipes overflowing/flooding that I'm trying to sort out while I get the landscaping done, and I'm fairly confident our hot water system is the cause of the massive spike in our last electricity bill but I still need to confirm. Beyond that, our warranty inspection consisted of fixing one light switch, cleaning a blocked shower drain in the spare bathroom and properly fixing one of the toilet cisterns to the wall.
