Gemmill are doing our paving and painting but Trevors are doing our floors after handover. Once that's done we are getting lights, solar, aircon and lawn all done!! The SS thinks this is all achievable in the 10 days and has booked us in for the last inspection on 17th of February and then we will get the keys! End date is in sight! I love the front of your house, the colours look great and your brick is so unique. In fact your kitchen has inspired me, I might even change my original design from all gloss white cabinets and glass mosaic tiles to something similar. I love the lighter coloured cabinets with the subway tiles. Looks fantastic (plus would be cheaper). Will have to see how my selection appointment goes. But congrats on the progress so far! Would love to see an updated photo of the kitchen. ![]() Re: Building with Gemmill in Serpentine:PCI completed 478Feb 04, 2015 2:55 pm Not long now to keys!!! How exciting!!!
