Yeah, that's the one. We sold it in 2013 and are building over in Jimboomba now. The dear old council decided that our old block didn't have enough of it covered with their 'blue dots', with just 25% covered then, and now it is well over 70% marked as flood affected! .... Water even in 2013 never got anywhere near the place, so extending the flood mapping was even more of a joke. As you know the front of the block was where the Ooah creek joined together from north and south, and whilst the road flooded in front, the rest of the block was only wet from the rain and the creek running through. hmmm.. sounds like they were just covering their butt by changing the zoning! The new development where the chook farm was is going in fast! I'm amazed every time we head out there to visit the in-laws. You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14717 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption.
