Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 18, 2014 11:20 am The council path outside our block has been very damaged and we are only a month into our build, in fairness of the tradies the path was already cracked, but now it is all smashed to bits from being driven over, was bound to happen I guess! I was reading our contract and the cost of repair falls on us, for anyone else who has had paths damaged, how much was the final repair bill? We only paid a kerb deposit of $300 but I can imagine it will be more than that!
