Hi guys, we have bought land on Balmoral Rise which is due to register in December. Can anyone recommend a landscaper to help us with our design? Thanks heaps.

We are on balmoral rise too. Have u received any info about it actually registering on December? I emailed Sandy twice with no reply. Dec isn't far away, I'd like an honest answer. Last letter I received indicated February reg.

Hi Thross,

Have you gotten notice that it's inLand and Property yet? If you have you can look at the LPI site and see what status the stage is in.

If they have given an indication of Feb then I'd say it will be then or later depending on slippage. Balmoral Rise 1 lots were suppose to be May registration and they slipped to be October. Lots 89 to 119 ish.

If your in Lots above 120, I just looks on LPI and its waiting final lodgement which might mean the documents are at Council.

Call the Sales Office and speak with Rachel as she is always there and I found I could get answers from her when I could not get onto Sandy.

We have only received the same information as you. I have emailed Sandy to find out if it is running on time and just waiting to hear back. Hopefully she replies to me and I will let you all know.

I have just received an email back from Sandy stating that our registration is still on track and we are looking at the end of January, 2015
Also, if anyone needs to know she said in the Highlands that we can have instantaneous hot water rather than the gas boosted solar.

Sorry but that BS. We HAD to have gas boosted solar hot water in our house and now they want to change the BSR's.

Do you guys also need to have 9 foot ceilings, gas heating, a feature on the front of your homes i.e. a stone feature?

Pretty dirty that they are even changing the BSR's but i guess it makes my home more appealing come time to sell

Hi all we have bought lot no 138 Balmoral Rise we spoke to Sandy about 3 weeks ago and informed us that our section was ahead but it still wouldn't register till maybe end of January which pees me of since we were told by her middle of December possibly November all ****** I guess and regard SHW we aren't having Sandy told us as long as well met the 50 points we didn't need to have but mind you we had to upgrade roof sparking to blankets and upgrade wall bats and put them in garage as well anyway we will be going to opening of golf course on Saturday hoping to meet some neighbours and we are building the Seaside by Macdonald Jones we made a few changes but can't wait to start building.

We are building with Masterton and look forward to (hopefully) moving in about mid next year.

We are building on Sutton Crescent opposite the park, with gates still up behind us. Where are you? We are hoping it will start around February. We drove around today and saw part of the Pulse facilitates.

We missed the opening as well, but we did have a look at the pools this afternoon. It looks nice.

Very windy today the site fence around the park blew over opposite our block.

So the leisure facility aren't fenced off now, thats strange as they don't open till tomorrow. I would have expected LL to have lock them off somehow

Wind is normal to some degree. When its blows this is what you need to get used to. It gets damn strong thats for sure

Hi Thross we attended also and we enjoyed it thought is was great but we also thought the pool and gym were a tad on the small side for a large community anyway regards to landscaping plan we were wondering the same thing going to make some calls this week will let you know.
