Browse Forums Buying Land Re: Blue Horizon Estate, North Kellyville 242Nov 05, 2014 9:28 am Here are some screenshots of the sequence of satellite images of the development. The most recent image is from the 1st September. Obviously the site has progressed a lot since then, but interesting to document the development from the air nonetheless. The historical imagery tool is available on pc/mac desktop versions of Google Earth. You can zoom in much closer to your relevant lots. Hope this helps. ![]() 22nd March 2014 - Pre works http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r213/Legoland14/Blue%20Horizon%20Estate%20North%20Kellyville/BHGE-1_zps3794f9d6.jpg 2nd May 2014 - Tree removal stage http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r213/Legoland14/Blue%20Horizon%20Estate%20North%20Kellyville/BHGE-2_zps2b38406a.jpg 21st May 2014 - Land clearing and earthworks http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r213/Legoland14/Blue%20Horizon%20Estate%20North%20Kellyville/BHGE-3_zps89898f71.jpg 1st September 2014 - Earthworks, roads/kerb/gutters http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r213/Legoland14/Blue%20Horizon%20Estate%20North%20Kellyville/BHGE-4_zpsf57fdbbb.jpg Re: Blue Horizon Estate, North Kellyville 243Nov 05, 2014 9:38 am has everyone heard from their legal re settlement Re: Blue Horizon Estate, North Kellyville 244Nov 05, 2014 9:43 am Thanks Legoland Saintly 60, No we haven't heard anything. Perhaps they are just extending by 3 months to be certain. No point extending for one month, then re-extending etc. Hopefully David will provide an update shortly. Re: Blue Horizon Estate, North Kellyville 253Nov 05, 2014 11:54 am Hi All, Our meeting with the Developer was rescheduled and held on Monday evening. The developer remains confident that Registration will be achieved by the end of November but as this coincides with the Sunset date they needed to have their Solicitor issue a notice extending this date. Tree plantings commenced on Monday. We expect the road to be sealed by 14th November. Regards David Glasheen M: 0423747915 Re: Blue Horizon Estate, North Kellyville 255Nov 10, 2014 4:29 pm I see on the Clarendon Homes website where they are advertising their homes they have the fire rating listed as "BAL 19.5 Bushfire Requirements" Here's the Bal Ratings chart with building requirements http://www.bal.net.au/BAL-Chart.pdf Re: Blue Horizon Estate, North Kellyville 256Nov 13, 2014 1:44 pm Clarendon rep told me today to wait "another 4 weeks", which they had originally said November 10th as access to site for valuers. I believe we originally asked our solicitor to allow 21 days after registration for settlement, so that will help. We just have to know, as soon as possible, when our financier can send their valuer out to valuate the land to get the final approval on the loan. Since there has been such big delays (it may not seem like a big delay to anyone who has built before, nor to the developer, nor to Clarendon etc but to us, who were told August for settlement, it seems not only an unreasonable amount of delay but also a little dishonest and non-transparent) we will have to resubmit all of our loan documents again.. very, very annoying.
