We just got our approval couple of months ago. So it really depends on application to application. You should definitely try getting quote from atleast 3-4 builders before you take a decision. Our first experience with wisdom homes was also not very good. But the sales ppl at kellyville seemed to be really good. Wish you all the best. Once you signed the contract, they will find millions excuses to charge you.
