Just looking for a bit of advice how to approach this.
We are about to take handover of our place on Monday, and our concreting is due to start either that afternoon or Tuesday morning.
Last night we noticed our neighbour's builder had some scaffolding delivered (two storey bricking) and they've dumped it in our yard.
Now we know things get messy and boundaries blurred when construction occurs, and didn't care during the build, but as we are nearing concrete time and fences a few days later, I am getting concerned this won't be sorted out in time.
Also their brickies equipment is now over the boundary as well. Lots has to be moved.
I rang their builder this morning and got a very disinterested person... And alas no moved materials today! Iam wondering what tactic to take tomorrow when I have to phone again!
