If we were doing a job on an hourly rate we used to start before 7 , stop at 9.30 for a cuppa for half an hour and again at 12.30 for half an hour and finish at 4 - 4.30. We would charge them for 8 hrs. They shouldn't be charging you a full 8 hr day if they only have their nail bags on for 7 !
