If he is in WA, most excavations I have seen photos of, the sand has been bone dry so it would have a lower angle of repose than clay. Stewie Yes - sand. Qld. The main builder waiting for things to happen - eg polished floors, cement work - before he can resume work. The floors were done cheaper - but it "cost" at least a month because of delays caused by the polisher - thus rent costs came into play - which of course weren't counted ... ![]() |
