Does anyone know if the process for the subdivision has been submitted to blacktown council and is this progress trackable. Re: Greenway Estate, Marsden Park - Community Corner 717Sep 25, 2014 1:32 pm We need to know what are the next steps and timelines for land registration. So if there is another slip up we can respond quickly. If anyone has detailed info that will be great. Re: Greenway Estate, Marsden Park - Community Corner 718Sep 25, 2014 2:31 pm Hi all, Based on the meeting we (Redtech, Jun and I) had with Kylie on last Sunday, below are steps: 1> Submit DA to Blacktown council on Tuesday-- 23 Sept. This includes approval from different entities such as Council, Endeavour Energy, water works etc. This will take approximately 8 weeks based on how busy they are. Do not know whether DA is applied or still in progress 2> Apply for Land Titles registration that will take another 4 weeks. 3> Settle land contract within 14 days after land registration GL will inform all buyers once DA is approved from council so we can start organising our finance.
