Re: Building At Edmondson Park 1731Sep 18, 2014 12:00 am Hi All, I have read via couple planning control docs. they said that for and under 450 sqm, the maximum floor area must be smaller than 270 sqm. Anyone here have any experience or exemption to build the bigger house. By the way, any one here build with Allcastlehomes? Re: Building At Edmondson Park 1732Sep 18, 2014 8:45 am You are right regarding the maximum floor space for land under 450SQM but there are builders who can bend the plans to put slightly larger houses, Allcastle is one of them. A relo has built with them and told us to steer clear of them when we started shopping around - too many costly administrative mistakes for him. thanghoang Hi All, I have read via couple planning control docs. they said that for and under 450 sqm, the maximum floor area must be smaller than 270 sqm. We're building Bennelong 35 with them at Village Square. Pretty smooth sailing so far ... Which design are you guys building? How has your experiences been with them so far. Regards, Neil [quote="Aaban"] Hi, When your home will be handed over? Can I have look when it handed over. I really keen on Casaview too. Hasan Hi, You can read this http://www.liverpool.nsw.gov.au/__data/ ... -South.pdf does not seem that you can build more than 330sqm. But remember stairway, detached alfresco wont be included. Anyone have any experience? Regards, Thang Re: Building At Edmondson Park 1736Sep 18, 2014 9:46 am Hi Hasan, Just pay attention on the email and making sure that you go to the sale office at 6 am every saturday and probably sunday. I did it for 8 weeks and success. Regards, Hasan_S14 Hi All First, I want to congratulate all ED park People. you guys are really lucky that you got a land. Coz now it's became so hard to get a land there. I want to get a land too and went to last release as soon as I got the email from landcom . But still I was behind of 84 people. Now waiting for the next release and hoping this time my luck will favour. Beside Landcom I am also thinking about Village Square. Can anyone help me with below Info? A) Is there any major difference between Landcom and Village Square? B)How far is the station from Village Square? I will really appreciate your help. Thanks Hasan Re: Building At Edmondson Park 1737Sep 18, 2014 10:00 am thanks thanghoang for ur advice. After I missed the last release I am already doing that for Landcom. but is it same for Village Square too. I know about Landcom that people use to do camping near the sales center and now they start sending email all of a sudden. Casaview doesn't cut corners with anything and the maximum size they can fit in 450SQM is 37. They have a Grange in that size. We liked Village Square more because it is close to already-developed Prestons, Carnes Hill and Horningsea Park plus it has its own supermarket, servo etc We have had no complaints from Casaview so far. They gave us a fixed price contract and we haven't paid a single cent extra to date and the house is nearing completion. Their price would look bit on the high end initially but when you compare their inclusions, communications and attention to detail, it all makes sense ... When we settled for Casaview we also looked at Denison and Elite 33 - both are good designs. I am running a blog on the build and the URL is at the bottom of my posts. Hope it all goes well with you selection ... are you building in Village Square? thanghoang NeilP Hi Hasan_S14, I think you will require lot size over 600SQM for Grange 45.
