I'm building on that boundary so will be 200mm off for rescode but I need to make a decision on how to deal with it with the neighbour. Re: Site re-establishment Melbourne 11Sep 14, 2014 11:38 pm Hi Crazyk, If you don't mind leaving the fence where it is your Garage? wall needs to be 150mm from the boundary to allow for a flashing and gutter, unless you are building a parapet wall above the roof in which case you would be wasting 150mm of land. You should also ask your solicitor about the 150mm, because there is an adverse possession of 15? years to do with fences left when the actual boundary off-set is known I think Leonardo_23 PM me your email.
