My dad is an electrician so feel free to contact me if you like but I will be doing mine after handover and just getting wisdom to put in extra bayonette fittings like Michelle said. Are you building on a 550 block?? Can't wait to start. Registration will possibly be in October as I found out the other day that all the blocks that sold on Sunday will be also registered at the same time. Stef yes I am building on a 550 block and I heard that our street plans went to council on Friday. So I would think settlement on land early october:-) Michelle I am looking at mixture of pendant lights, fans with lights and oyster type lighting. At this stage not planning on down lights. But it sounds like it's best to just put bayonet and then change light after handover. Re: Anyone building in the Vermont Estate at Pitt Town? 1020Sep 01, 2014 11:04 pm I spoke to Aaron today. He said plans are lodged with council now. Once they come out the fences will go down and they will allow builders on site to do site and soil samples. Then it will go to land titles for registration. He said rego would be in about 4 weeks then settlement 1-2 weeks after that.
