We recently received a PCV for it and was surprised the additional fee we have to pay. An additional 25-30% from EB on top of Di Lorenzo. An example as such to provide return trip for plasterer to fit cornice to wet areas $385, provide additional house cleaning due to tiling option $300 and provide awning window in lieu of standard sliding window $119.
