Hi All,
I'm a newbie to organic gardening and have been soaking up a lot of Fu Manchu's advice on this forum.I'm in Melbourne.
Have planted a few fruit trees(a three way grafted apple tree, a seedless mandarin and a Meyer lemon). All of them organically planted using Blood & bones, Dynamic Lifter, organic compost and seasol plus molasses.
This molasses and seasol stuff combo REALLY works! I have noticed a big improvement on some plants(rose-scented geranium)
Started this year with this organic stuff and enjoying it so far. Next up is prepping up two vegie patches around 1mx3.5m at the back of the house.
As I have run out of space to grow stuffs, I'm intending to grow some Blueberries in containers.
Any advice how to grow blueberries the organic way in containers would be very much appreciated. The blueberries plant will be available around April 22 of this year.I'm getting them from Moondarah blueberry farm(Gippsland area, Melbourne(www.moonblue.com.au)
What size containers would be best suitable for these plants? what organic potting mix to use etc.
Many thanks
Rorganik
