Hoping to see if my neighbours are on here Looking at building the Masterton Fernleigh 36A Classique Facade Does anyone know if they are very stringent on the 60% or less brick rule? We are trying to figure out how to calculate that to tell M where to put our bagging features Re: Anyone building in Mulgoa Rise? 570Aug 18, 2014 8:06 pm Hi everyone My husband and I have just bought on Capstone Terrace in 5C also. Just hoping to find our neighbours here and get some feedback on how everyone is finding the building process. Crossly and MGardz what street are you on? Also Does anyone know how detailed the landscaping plans need to be and whether they go to the developer with the house plans? Good luck everyone Re: Anyone building in Mulgoa Rise? 571Aug 18, 2014 8:30 pm You can do the landscape plan yourself. Jeff is great, ask him for examples Who can recommend a good bank who provide reasonable land valuations for our estate? Lstr123 Hi all Just wandering what everyone's experience with penrith council has been as of late. My builder said penrith is around 10 weeks! Anyone recently got approved by penrith council? How long did it take? Thanks Re: Anyone building in Mulgoa Rise? 578Oct 01, 2014 7:09 pm The developer has to approve your plans first before going to council. Jeff was really good and I just asked if he could do me a favour and see my application through sooner. Was in and out by mulpha in the same week. Wisdom are now preparing my DA pack and then it will go to council. Will be a dreadful wait Re: Anyone building in Mulgoa Rise? 579Oct 01, 2014 7:41 pm MGardz Hi EK1976 we are Greenlink Drive too. Lot 545. Which lot are you? You might be Neighbours with my work collegue he's in 5B too Hi MGardz, We're lot 134... We're street neighbours I was told CDC is faster than council? Do you have a choice between council or CDC? Re: Anyone building in Mulgoa Rise? 580Oct 01, 2014 7:45 pm EK1976 I believe it depends on your building to land ratio and a few other factors may be considered. We wanted to go CDC but unfortunately have no choice now. Lstr123 we would have been at that stage had we stayed with the same builder. We hanged and are now waiting for our colour appointment next week and then another one before we can submit to Jeff. So frustrated that EBH are taking so long with these appointments. Can't wait to be able to submit to council. I think you will be starting before any others at this rate Wish you all the best.
