In line with others, the admin process could be a bit slow with WH. We have been presented with the first copy of our tender exactly a year ago. In all fairness there was a delay on our side for about 6 weeks in between. We are now in a position to start the construction in the next 2 weeks. It is a very beautiful journey and All the Best! As someone who has gone through it recently, all I can suggest is to find something else to think about. Once the building starts it seems to go reasonably well.
