Re: Our Journey Flagstone - We are In!!!!! 183Oct 26, 2008 8:06 pm With much excitement we have photos of our CLEAN house! The cleaners did a great job but I'm sooo fussy I think I will need to give it another once over
The house looks pretty basic as we are doing the flooring ourselves but I can't wait to get in and do it all! Now I'm on the hunt for my mocha carpet (I think) and sofa. Wwe have ordered Redishade temporary blinds for the whole house, while we wait for our shutters and decide on other blinds for the remainder of the house. Here's some pics (beware photo overload!!!!) Re: Our Journey Flagstone - We are In!!!!! 187Oct 26, 2008 9:43 pm Congratulations miss81!!!!!!!!!!
Your house is lovely! It will look even better when the flooring is in! Enjoy your new house! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Built the Nevada 42 Next project - landscaping! Re: Our Journey Flagstone - We are In!!!!! 189Oct 26, 2008 10:09 pm Wow - seems like your build has gone so quickly (to us, maybe not to you!).
It is all looking great. Your move should be a breeze with the double doors and nice wide hallway. The kitchen looks pretty good, if you are still iffy about the splashback it may appeal more with the appliances in. Have fun cleaning!! Re: Our Journey Flagstone - We are In!!!!! 190Oct 26, 2008 11:12 pm Your house is looking terrific and I think the splashback looks great with your benchtop. LIke everyone else has said wait and see how it looks with everything finished off. Re: Our Journey Flagstone - We are In!!!!! 193Oct 27, 2008 9:31 pm Love it. Well done and congratulations!
Love the facade, love the stained entrance doors (what colour is the stain please?), wall colour is great and I still really like the kitchen. Enjoy! Happy at Home Re: Our Journey Flagstone - We are In!!!!! 195Oct 28, 2008 7:58 am Wow......your house is looking beautiful....I bet you can't wait to be in it now. Re: Our Journey Flagstone - We are In!!!!! 197Nov 16, 2008 10:12 am Hi Guys, it's been ages sicne i have been on the forum as I have no net!!! It's like losing my right arm
It's going to be a while before we get connected and I find my usb cable to upload pics. We have just finished polishing the concrete (looks OK, but I still can't wait to get my floorboards) and we are ordering carpet next week. So we are basically still living in a basic shell, no curtains or even a sofa!! The cleaning is neverending with exposed concrete! But it's fantastic being in our house Hope all your building adventures are going well and hopefully I will be back soon.... grrrrr internet cafes!
