it will be great in the laundry! a few days after there laid for the glue to fully dry and you'll have no worries splashing water around the place on them. over a few years it may dent the tile, but id go with casa's suggestion of the cups ! We where there for 3.5 yrs and when we moved only slightly noticed the marks from the washing machine.(front load... so very heavy!) My suggestion would also be to add some sort of cup to prevent this. Just in case you have no washing machine to cover up these dents .hehe Built a modified "Daydream 279" ..
