Once terranovis responded to my email they stated it was the city of swan requirements to have a footpath! Has it affected your building/designs at all? I checked mine still the same thankgod but I noticed the change in the middle ones compared to the old ones I printed this time last year. I went to site today for a visit, I was surprised to see 7 machines working on stage 6 a and b. And more amazed a big excavator ontop of the big pile of dirt. I emailed Terranovis earlier today and the rep who we signed our contract said he heard last week titles may be due around March instead of November. (Stage 3c - Avonlee) I contacted the contracts Manager Kristy, she said the Project Manager Andrew hasn't made any official updates yet. Still fairly new to the game, we've today decided on our builder YAY - no more searching!!!! But why exactly are there delays for titles? One frustrating thing about 3A was that all this was done by September last year, but Terranovis waited until they'd fiddled around with minor things (e.g. the orange brick walls on top of the retaining walls, that are probably just going to get in the way during construction).
