We have finally settled on the final plans. Done our pre start, signed the contracts and now just waiting for settlement to go through. Everything has been smooth sailing really and I seem to get the feeling that construction will be started very very soon. Hi Meatbag, Congrats on your new building journey. I am also building the Archer in Calleya Estate. Are you replicating all the upgrades of the display version ? Would love to hear your sharing. Essentially we have taken the master bedroom and living areas from the Archer all fully upgraded and then re did the minor bedrooms to a much smaller size to fit it all in. I was lucky enough to be able to watch it go down while walking the dogs. Did you go with the pillar less corner where the sliding doors meet? The display we saw of this in Bletchley, i think it was, had beautiful dark glass doors on the Robes in the main bed. Spectacular.
