We are in Perth and I would agree with the $1500 per m2 (for house and landscaping) for a quality build. Also remove flooring coverings ( except for wet areas ) and window coverings which can be done later and you'll get a much better idea on cost. Stewie custom probably not. Volume, most defiantly, but spec would vary.
