Are they laying the tiles on a sand/cement bed or glueing them straight to the slab ? What about expansion joins ? An area of that amount would need at least a couple. Our tiling labour is way more than the cost of the actual tiles for us. 600x600 size increase labour costs significantly. We found prices ranged from $35/sqm to $80/sqm (Brisbane). Not sure about the increased cost for the grout - perhaps this included colour sealing it or something?
