Popped past last week and there didn't seem to be much going on with the SBG builds. Hi BigOz14, SBG have 4 builds in stage 1. Plus if you ever have to do any work in the roof you can't open up a few tiles for ventilation. Also if you get a leak you can't just replace a single tile, you have to replace half the roof. But that's just my opinion.. Only if you have no roofing blanket underneath the sheets or insulation batts in the rafters.
