Browse Forums Buying Land 1 Apr 11, 2014 7:08 pm Hi I am new to the Forum. lot 1001 (Thanks Sanna), After a drawn out process of many issues, I was told we would have access to our block by today. When I went to look at it at 3:30pm (I was royally ripped of too) the security gates were still there. I called the construction company and the project manager both whom gave me the run around and said 'don't hold your breath...' I called my lawyer (should keep them on retainer) who promptly drafted and sent a letter to the developer's lawyers. Long story short; the gates were unlocked within half an hour when I mentioned 'class action'... There should be continuous access from now on. If this is not the case, please let me know and we will pursue it further (remember the words "class action'). I have had enough of these...
