I am interested to buy a lot at Elara. However I have found that Marsden Park area is flood prone. What do you guys know about this and what about Elara specifically?
@intellect20: Where did you get that info from? You can contact Blactown Council Town Planning on 98396000 to verify your information. I have done my personal research and can say that Elara is not flood prone now. I know the area at Marsden park that you are referring to.
@dudhatra & @Essen: I don't have the first hand information on the Elara 2nd Release price list either so I can't help you on this. Perhaps you can continue to be vigilant on your emails as announcements by Stockland can happen at anytime.
