Still sunset date is too far away to be concerned. Get in touch with your conveyancer/solicitor to get a schedule of work to be carried out on the Land to get more peace of mind. Re: Building At Edmondson Park 1642Jun 16, 2014 2:02 pm Hi, We're in Village Square estate and do have gas. Cheers, happyguy Anyone from the north side of Edmondson park, do we have main gas connection? "getting land ready by registration date", Did u mean sunset date here or the expected date they said during reservation? Yesterday I called Garry regarding this. He said it will be registered on or before April, although they said expected date would be Jan 2015 during reservation. I am living and working 6 hours from Sydney and as a result I don't have much of a chance to see my build progress. I was hoping for a nice little favour from someone. Is there a chance that someone who frequents Bardia a lot please takes photos of my house for me so I can see progress pictures? That would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Frank Building with Sett Homes at Bardia (Edmondson Park) Re: Building At Edmondson Park 1652Jun 24, 2014 7:49 am Here are some pics of the new Edmondson Park Train Station. What was the cost and any contact of the tradie. If you did it from builder how much they charged? Building Livingstone23 with Eden Brae Homes Re: Building At Edmondson Park 1657Jul 01, 2014 8:48 am Hi Jahangir, We got the builder to quote us and the charge was quite high for basic render and paint circa $5600. I remember getting three quotes via an online quote system to gauge if the builder was charging me too much and got two quotes. The lowest was $2200 from a Bankstown based renderer and this included acrylic paint and scaffold hire. I will PM his contact details. Because my house is long way away, I thought of taking another few quotes around the time we move in. Remember don't provide any details of how much the builder or other tradies are charging. Bit worried about maintenance because I am told even acrylic paint has hairline crevices after a while. So we're also looking at a combination of tiles around the portico and render around the lesser exposed surfaces. Jahangir Hi all, just wanted to know if anyone did facade rendering after handover? I have a nbn box, a hills hub, and a data and phone point (in lead) in the garage. I also have a data point in the living. Can I put my router/wifi in the living room? When we did our electrical appointment they said we can. But i have no idea. How do I connect everything up? Btw provider is having trouble connecting the house to the internet. Re: Building At Edmondson Park 1659Jul 01, 2014 12:03 pm Hi sfok, Get Muzzy to drop in and fix it up for you. He only charges a cup of coffee. I normally do it for free but it's too much of trial and error for me. I'll try to help. Connect your NTD to data point in wall. Then, in your Hills hub, connect the router over there to terminal 1or terminal 2 of the hub panel. I do enjoy the drama:-D In his latest two videos he has started bringing security guards to site, I am waiting for the punch on to begin lol 6 46352 |
