I've just done what you have... replaced the cupboard doors. You should be able to specify from who you order the doors from to drill hettich/blum etc hinge holes in to the doors. I was charged $1/hole and needed to specify how far from top & bottom of the doors I wanted the hinge holes. As I already had hettich hinges I just asked them for the hettich hinge holes in my doors. Oh and if you have any doors which are in landscape orientation (such as above fridge) be sure to say it's in that orientation or you'll need the holes re-drilled like I did.
