Bricks star 27Jun 11, 2014 9:52 pm What colours did you guys end up choosing?[/quote] We chose Monument for the roof and gutters. We then have a rendered facade which features 3 colours. Doeskin for the bulk of it and then Turkish Coffee as a feature render and for the letterbox and Tobacco as the feature cladding. For the kitchen we decided on Nougat for the bench tops and then truffle for the bottom cupboards and white overhead cupboards. Brickwork to be finished too. Really happy with the communication and how things are progressing thus far; looking on par to be at enclosed stage shortly! Am going to go out again over the weekend to take proper photos that aren't crappy phone pics. Exciting times ahead for you! Not long now tip you'll be at lock up! Your site supervisor sounds great. The only 2 times we've heard from ours is when we've called to arrange a meeting and to enquire about the electrical wiring. On a positive note roof went up today. Didn't take any photos as they were still working on it when I drove by so will post a photo tomorrow. Meeting with the electricians and site supervisor Tuesday to discuss where we want everything, hopefully we'll be able to find out some more info about when other things are due to happen. Can't wait to see your photos once all the plaster goes up. :-D Modified Miami 31- Brighton Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=91265&f=31&p=1789112#p1789112 Re: Building Regatta 2920- Planbuild (Brisbane). Cladding/eaves compl 38Jun 21, 2014 3:32 pm Some photos from this afternoon's visit. The cladding and panels to upstairs have been completed; eaves have been completed; front door is on. Awaiting paint, obviously Hardiflex panels are to be Evening Haze, horizontal cladding to be Gully, and front door to be Namadji. Didn't end up going inside, workmen were there and had all three kids with me, so you can imagine the disaster that would have ensued. Am assuming they were doing kitchen/bathroom cabinetry fitouts. Hoping to get out again tomorrow to have a proper look.
