Our certifier has raised and issue need resolution on the secondary facade, to be compliant we need a 600mm step along this elevation, this is a new rule which for CDC which came out a couple of months ago. We ended up fixing this issue by adding space to the ensuite and master bed, but this time with an added cost of $1945. The only other option was to reduce the space in the living areas but the house isn't big enough. Builder has advised that plans were re-sent to the Mine Subsidence Board yesterday afternoon and their process takes up to 5 days so we have been pushed out another week. Hopefully plans are signed off by the end of next week and we can get this building process started. Researching a build in South Australia from Sydney. I got home tonight to open the letter advising we have authority to commence building. Builder said they will initiate the trades once they have that so maybe next week! So exciting that the ball will start rolling! Researching a build in South Australia from Sydney. Re: KG's Appin Valley Build - Plans Approved! Ready to go. 40Jun 12, 2014 9:05 pm Oh wow!
