Any set out dates for the beginning of construction? yeah we are so happy with the park frontage! We will start construction around march as soon as the land titles feels like ages away but I know it's going to sneak up really fast! Yeah...time flies. I thought I was going to have my land settling in January, and all of a sudden it's already end of May and I am still at floor plan stage. Always great to have enough time to get all the preliminary work sorted before construction. I personally prefer the free standing oven, however I have been told that you can get food or spills in the gap whilst cooking and it is a PAIN to clean properly due to the small gaps. Good luck!
