Unless they add an allowance for such things. ... and the allowance is 4 to 5%. Ours was valid for 6 months, they honoured it even though it was 9 months by the time we signed the contract. However, it's a fairly high amount for a project home, and none of the delay was actually our fault (we always responded to any question or for approval of anything pretty-much the next business day). But if they'd known it would take so long up front, I'd have expected them to include a standard percentage increase. yes it does, you've just not understood it. theres a difference. 4 2776 Your house roof does not show rusting other than some surface rust on the flashings.
