Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Anyone building in Mulgoa Rise? 518May 08, 2014 9:33 am Thanks for the responses. I had a feeling that the prices might be set. I was in the sales office last week and they told me that there would be a release within the next 3-4 weeks, however all of the good blocks in that release are already "reserved". I might have another look at it though and see if we can be put down as second in line on any that we like, just in case the first in line pulls out. Another question - the last blocks to sell in each release seem to be corner blocks. Someone in the sales office (it was a few months ago so can't remember who) said the only reason they can think of is because they're typically very large blocks (700m2+) so are more expensive which is why they're sitting around for longer. Does anyone have any other idea why corner blocks are less desirable? Cheers, JJ+B Re: Anyone building in Mulgoa Rise? 519May 08, 2014 5:39 pm Corner blocks are more expensive due to the size of the land but also the house you build is required to have something of interest and not just bare bricks.
