We ahvent really made any changes to the layout, except to move the stacker door to the side of the house, instead of the back... so we have more yard... and we had about 8 meters to the side fence, so the deck will go on the side. We have now signed off on all our colours/inclusions... and have just made our electrical appointment. Ive been trying to get hold of my CSC to find out what happens with the bushfire stuff... but she doesn't answer her phone, and only emails. Im guessing some more things will need to be added to cover this... we had a PA in our tender for it... but interested to know what we need to do. Finally, for those interested... our timeline is as follows up to now (I know I was really keen to find out how long everything would take when we started the ball rolling!) 08.01 - First Quote 11.01 - Paid $1000 for tender prep 09.02 - Tender Presentation 13.02 - Paid $4000 to accept tender 05.03 - First contract back - was all wrong, no changes made to plans 22.03 - Second contract back - mostly right. Signed contract with a few variations 10.04 - Colours appointment 12.04 - Tiles appointment 07.05 - Electricals If I could work out how to upload a document, I would post the electricals pricelist as they have given that to us already... but I cant work it out. If you want it, let me know and I can email it. Not sure if it varies from Newcastle to Sydney though....
