I think we'll play it by ear and see how things play out timing when we know our tender presentation date. We might just scrape into the 6 month window if everything plays out. Will be reading those contracts carefully once we eventually get to that stage!

Really well is the answer! mars78 your home looks great, are you in the lead for Stage 1 build? The sewers, kerb and fence are in for Stage 2/3 along Willandra Crescent http://i744.photobucket.com/albums/xx82/lunar62/GR170514001_zpsf95c1ce4.jpg Building a Wisdom Majestic 40 at Gardener's Ridge My blog: http://majestic40atgardenersridge.wordpress.com/ Re: Gardener's Ridge, North Kellyville 31May 19, 2014 10:53 am Lunar, nice to see the progress! We are running a little behind the modern view single storey as they started a week or so before us. But there are quite a few starts happening including a 52sq double to come on the corner of Sarabah and Timbarra. Re: Gardener's Ridge, North Kellyville 34May 20, 2014 8:51 pm leon3210 Hi does anyone know if any blocks in gardeners ridge left and how much I would have to pay for 450-500'sqm block ? $450? $550 ? Regards leon According to the last newsletter, there are no blocks left. Stage 4 is planned (no dates yet), but given that there were only 3 lots below 500 in stages 1-3 I doubt there will be many Re: Gardener's Ridge, North Kellyville 36May 31, 2014 3:03 pm Progress up a the ridge looking great! We are booked in for our tender presentation with Wisdom this Friday - nervous but excited at the same time. Got a few ensuite and kitchen changes to make so don't think we'll be paying our $3k to continue but will see what happens. If anyone hasn't seen, there is a post for free passes to the Home Show next month: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=71434&hilit=home+show Re: Gardener's Ridge, North Kellyville 37May 31, 2014 4:51 pm Good luck with your tender presentation on Friday Scoturner. We had some time to kill before ours so we popped into Mii Kitchens, who Wisdom use as well, which is in the same block. Which house and facade have you decided on from Wisdom? We're planning on building an Impression 33 with Grand Portico facade similar to the one at Gregory Hills but full brick (no render). Few tweaks to layout - extra metre added to garage width and opening up the kitchen to fit in an island bench. So many decisions to make and I guess Friday is only the beginning! Re: Gardener's Ridge, North Kellyville 39Jul 09, 2014 1:47 pm It has been very quiet on the GR thread especially as we all had plenty to chat about at the coffee morning - which was great - thanks again for organising that Ross! Popped up for a visit on Saturday and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. They are still hard at work, streetlights have appeared and paths are in progress. Builders were busy working on a house on the corner of Willandra and Timbarra even on a Saturday. I wonder how long until the first home is occupied.
