Will be interesting to see the time difference between the companies and also the location. BTW your design is amazing! Just had a look at your build MrsParker and I dare say you are well ahead of us - looks like you may have a slab tomorrow! Yay! Im not sure how long aussie have told you your build will take but we have a heap of houses similar to yours going up in Dalyellup that have gone from slab to completion in 4 months flat. How nice would that be? Re: Asha's build in Leschenault - Home Group WA 84Apr 14, 2014 10:18 am asha MrsParker following build, we are at similar stage to you, about to get a slab. How nice would that be? Would be amazing, We have a teeny tiny house in comparison to some. I was told 6-7 but I don't think it will take that long. 4 months would be amazing, means baby would only be a couple of months old when we move in I hope there is a slab there today. Yep that is the one we are getting (I just asked them to quote on a freestanding airbath and that is the one they came back with)! Thanks for that Asha I just wanted to see a pic of it properly before deciding Re: Asha's build in Leschenault - Home Group WA 88Apr 16, 2014 7:01 pm Awesome. That bath is what I'm most excited about - when I first saw it at the tile shop I knew it was on the must have list plus it was really well priced anyway. Re: Asha's build in Leschenault - Home Group WA 90Apr 17, 2014 12:29 am Especially a bath in your own ensuite that isnt full of kids toys! Cos they couldnt find the model when they were costing it up for me they only charged me for the equivalent bath only model - they admitted it was wrong but honored the cheaper price. I know retail there is about $900 difference Re: Asha's build in Leschenault - Home Group WA 97Apr 17, 2014 3:31 pm $2495 we got charged! Buuuut we already added a bath into the plans at a cost of (I cannot remember off the top of my head how much was well over a grand) and there was no alterations I thought they would credit back then do the variation cost of the airbath (I am confused) Re: Asha's build in Leschenault - Home Group WA 98Apr 17, 2014 3:49 pm We too had an existing bath in the ensuite before we upgraded - but we had to pay 700 or something to put a bath in the kids bathroom as it didnt have one - then another 400 to upgrade that bath to the one we wanted. Just wondering what you paid to have coriian in the bathrooms?? We were quoted 3k to have them done in q stone x Re: Asha's build in Leschenault - Home Group WA 99Apr 17, 2014 4:10 pm crazy insane you cannot tell me they don't make a decent amount from doing that sort of crap ...still waiting on the quotes for the corian but I have set aside 2k (better not be more then that or I will just revert back to laminate haha) I will let you know as soon as costings come back x Re: Asha's build in Leschenault - Home Group WA 100Apr 22, 2014 5:09 pm asha Just wondering what you paid to have coriian in the bathrooms??
