We picked up a few too and put them on our rubbish pile. The wood look tiles are beautiful. My hubby liked them too but the cost was too much. Our site costs came in at $22k at tender. Good luck with it all. The admin time seems to go on forever but that for us was due to land registration and council. We also had the Christmas break at the council stage.
