I suspect what will happen is a heap of slabs will go down, then there will be massive delays waiting for brickies and other trades. We're doing that too, $400 a week rent, at least the mortage goes up in price with each different stage, so its not too much of a shock. The last few months are the hardest, but manageable. Choocing this builder is so hard, we loved national homes - but all that excitement went out the window when we read all bad reviews waaaa. Some people on here might have a good run with their builder and someone else with the same builder might have issues. So don't let some of the comments on here put you off a particular builder . Obversly if you read too many bad comments you maybe need to think twice .sometimes it how the builder resolves their mistakes to keep their client happy .
