When you are built/during your build you will also be using consumption so will have these costs ontop of your service charges. Only thing i can think to add would be pest/termite inspection. Not sure what which state you in, but in WA most builders tie their structural timber warranty to annual termite inspections and periodical treatments. Maybe also allow a $500 slush fund for repairs/maintenance - things like replacing sprinklers, patching/painting cracking, replacing plants that *cough* committed suicide lol ![]() Can anyone give me any onfo on New Homes WA?
