Jealous of your WIR size, would have loved a bigger one but the OH wouldn't sacrifice any of his alfresco space for it haha. We are not sure if we will get the fast track thing (build time of less than 22 weeks), but they seem to build houses quickly... We do like the WIR! Re: Our build with New Generation Homes in Wandi 19Mar 12, 2014 2:26 pm That sucks... we got single course bricks as standard. But i have noticed looking at houses in our estate it seems like we are one of the only ones that have them so a lot of other builders must not offer them as standard. My sister built with Home Group and they didn't have them as standard. I guess that is because 2c bricks are considered 'fast walls' like the internal bricks so are probably cheaper to lay for brickies. Does it cost much to upgrade? We hired Darbecca to do every stage inspection, and I strongly recommend them to anyone that asks me. They were amazing. Thorough reports with photos at every stage,… 6 7267 i would not be signing anything on the day read your contract about when builder submits final invoice generally, have to meet builder within 7 days of receiving final… 1 4851 Hi there!
