We are at contract stage at this moment. Well, I have read lot of feedback on NewGen and it was quite good. Based on your issues with roof , now I am also planning to involve the independent inspector from the starting of the build stage. BTW, we have signed NewGen Fast Track promotion and building Sutherland design (it is called as The Minerva currently).
