Browse Forums Building A New House Re: SA Largs North First build - Bricks & Carpentry done 101Jan 15, 2014 1:46 pm No idea what the footings cost alone but the tender was dead on (as it should be as they take soil tests etc ) I didn't upgrade much but few i remember are: Door handles to lever type ~$300 for the whole house Front door to door with glass ~$200 Window locks ~$100 Overhead cupboards ~$2000 Most things were reasonable. Nice bonus but Also looks like my front porch is going to be tiled - i don't think i paid for it but will take it According to my plans i was not even meant to get a slab under the porch. Electrical is almost complete, Needs shower screens, a roller door, some paint on the exterior, door handles and thats about it.
