I decided to swap my 288 sqm block in Whistling Grove, Wandi to a 450 sqm as I can now afford the bigger block with the delays to title the land (was originally meant to be titled in march 2014, but now looks like oct/nov 2014)
Apparently I could be liable for double stamp duty, that is I might have to pay stamp duty on both blocks... hopefully my settlement agent can get me out of this
Has anyone else had this issue in WA? What are some suggestions?
