The photo seems to show more of a sandy colour. But it can change a lot in direct sunlight... only way to be sure is to get a sample pot and do a couple of coats on a bit of cardboard then hold it out in the sun! Which will look completely different in late afternoon orange sunlight in summer, or on a cold blue overcast winter day. What you are best to do is find the colour you like on a display home and ask the builder for the colour selections for that display. Going to give builder name of their display house for render and will go from there. That is so correct specially in my case, so hard to visualize render colour just for 15x15 mm sample board in Cosham. At least brick companies give you addresses to have a better idea. Unfortunately it's not the case with dulux when it comes to render colours. We knocked on so many people houses to findout their render colours, but apparently no one knows.
