All new standard basins are Caroma, no more imperial. not sure which one are better between these two brands? Thanks for sharing. that's a descent list of upgrades. in regards to fireplace provision, do you remember what sort of cost was involved? its not very clear from the documents what exactly would be done to make this provision. is this include a niche, flue, and gas point or something i'm missing here? i could not find pricing for fireplace provision, and kitchen bins in all the paperwork handed over in Cosham. We will pickup Bosch or Miele dishwasher post handover. How's the quality of wall ovens? I'm not much fussed about cooktop, but there was a thread about Technika oven glass shattered in homeone couple of years back.
