Look forward to following your builds as well! Aheron - Will definitely try and visit the site as often as possible and get lots of photos to share. fairlady - the powder room was standard in the plan when we went through tender. It's a nice addition. Just mulling over kitchen colours atm - laminex espresso ligna nuance or burnished wood nuance? I would say burnished wood nuance, but then I'm biased Re: Building with Wisdom Homes - Majestic 35 11Jan 12, 2014 5:47 pm Hi kidsbugging me, You wouldn't happen to have any pics of burnished wood nuance in a kitchen, would you? Good luck with your build. We are building a Majestic 35 (and no larger haha!) this year. Can't wait for it to start. Like you, I've read a lot of blogs (still look at onewheel's from time to time!) and found it helpful. Looking forward to seeing your progress Cheers Visit our blog: http://chateaudemilburn.blogspot.com.au Re: Building with Wisdom Homes - Majestic 35 13Jan 20, 2014 5:22 pm Hi Jaguar, We also are building the Majestic 35 with Savanah facade. I visited your blog and it is a great source of info, especially with the cost of the upgrades! thanks for sharing Which facade did you choose? cheers Re: Building with Wisdom Homes - Majestic 35 14Jan 20, 2014 5:34 pm Hi Darali, Your facade looks great! We went with a heavily modified Sovereign. Wisdom were pretty good about changing the design to suit. All the best with the build! Looks like your construction will be starting at a similar time to ours. Looking forward to following your progress jaguar Our home building blog - http://buildingwithwisdom.wordpress.com/ Our H1 thread - viewtopic.php?t=68651 Re: Building with Wisdom Homes - Majestic 35 15Mar 17, 2014 1:53 pm Hi Jaguar, We have decided to go for a Wisdom too - a Majestic 40 with a Nova façade. We were the first wisdom majestic built. You will be very happy with it. We have just sold ours. But would build that design again. You won't find a home with such comparable storage. Have fun. Wisdom are a great builder. Re: Building with Wisdom Homes - Majestic 35 18Jun 07, 2014 9:54 am That's great to hear you're happy with the final product because I know you had a few dramas during the build. We've learnt a lot from the experiences you've been kind enough to share. Hope your new build goes well! Also I am glad we could have helped some people along their way with their build choice with the Majestic. Any questions just holler you are going to love your Majestic. Our next build is on a acre and unfortunately wisdom did not have any designs for that type of build and even with some of their singles we could not adjust to accommodate having a house with a wide frontage... I will miss the storage that the Majestic offered us... This is 100% true. You can not hang anything on steel frames. very frustrating 8 5314 Can someone please offer some advice? Im DESPERATE. Because I'm completely and utterly exhausted. How long are variations taking with other companies at the moment?
