What others do will vary and I have heard horror stories but the only way to be sure is to check the contract and the inclusions in detail and ask all the questions you have to the prospective builder's. Regarding registration, the punctuality of the first release will be a good indication to future releases. Normally things are brought forward not back but recently many areas have been going the other way. Re: Building in Willowdale 39Jan 17, 2014 1:46 pm Yes Alonso that is how it works when builders have an agreement with the developer. If they do not sell the land within a certain time period then the block is released back to the developer and usually to the general public. What percentage of each land release will be already owned by the builders? 50% you think usually ? Hey guys building a new place through a volume builder and just wondering if i should complain to the site supervisor as we just had plasterboard installed.
