I think it is just a replacement of the free flooring offer
I am not sure that the flooring promo has expired?

Love the Brooklyn, it's a stunning home and still has my favourite staircase. We dismissed it because we wanted the bedrooms all together on the one floor, didn't want the 5th bedroom at all, and wanted the balcony upstairs to be in a shared area rather than usable from somebody's bedroom only. Probably could have played around with the layout a bit, but the Waldorf layout was exactly what we wanted so we didn't bother. Haha, we are in opposite, We want to have 2 Masterbedrooms , ideally, on different floor since parents will live with us. Each couple can have a bit privacy in that way I guess The Waldorf Balcony is better positioned , all we can do is made the bedroom of Brooklyn with Balcony as a guest bedroom, so it is still accessable when no guest there ............ Actually, the staircase is the deciding factor of this 2 floorplan for us, we have done all paperwork with Waldorf , but change our mind at the very last minute just because of the staircase ............ Re: Building a Waldorf by Porter Davis 1329Jan 18, 2014 4:53 pm Hi folks... Has anyone put ducted vacuuming in to their build? I'm getting ready for tender to build the Waldorf 48 with guest bedroom option and am wondering whether the section is acceptable over such a long distance. That's what I'm planning on doing. One up stairs and one downstairs. Just let it run when you are at work. If you tell them the Name and location of the display then they should be able to help you. Be aware that PD are changing a lot of suppliers so the stone bench tops could be either caesarstone or essastone. They have also changed window suppliers too apparently. They even have the information for displays that closed years ago... such as the old Marriotts. Re: Building a Waldorf by Porter Davis 1335Jan 20, 2014 6:16 am Filthyfil Hi There. I'll have my color appointment coming up soon and need some help identifying some colors. I've had some pretty quick answers from the Porter Davis blog in the 'Ask a Question' section - lots of people ask this exact sort of thing. (http://blog.porterdavis.com.au) Just write the name of the display home in your question! I later got told by our original BC that she could also have chased up the info for us too. I'm getting ready for tender to build the Waldorf 48 with guest bedroom option and am wondering whether the section is acceptable over such a long distance. We didn't go for the ducted vacuum system either. Lots of people hate it but plenty of people love it too. We have a Dyson vacuum that we love and we figured we'd just invest in a second one so we can keep one on each storey. Hopefully someone else can comment on the ducted vacuum's effectiveness given the size of the house - not sure, sorry! Wouldn't worry too much. Everyone says they never use their balconies anyway!! We'll be across the road from the park so we like to believe that we might use ours, ha ha, but we'll see! Works very well. Would recommend the Roomba over ducted vacuum.
